To Select A Date:
1. Click in the box. 
2. Use the (<) or (>) icon to change the Month.
3. Use the (<<) or (>>) icon to change the Year. 4. Click on any day.
To Enter A Date:
1. Enter the date, [Month-Day-Year]. (Example: 05-06-2008).
2. Click the 'Close' button on the calendar.
