Do you need individual help with buying a home, dealing with credit issues, and applying for down payment assistance and second mortgages? This service is especially designed to help people who have already taken our basic home buyer education class, and want extra help with becoming a mortgage-ready buyer and financing the home purchase.

First Time Home Buyer Program and other programs offered by our lenders. We also refer eligible households to lenders that offer below-market interest rate loans financed by the NHS Community Services Department. In addition, we provide low-interest second mortgages to buyers of homes sold by Neighborhood Housing Services.
