If you have any of these questions, or others, consider taking our free, 8-hour Home Buyer Education class. The class meets frequently and is open to everyone. In four class sessions, you’ll learn to:

• Search for and evaluate homes
• Work with realtors, lenders, and other professionals
• Finance the purchase and find creative loan products
• Repair damaged credit and evaluate credit worthiness
• lose on a purchase, complete repairs, and insure your investment

We charge a small fee to cover the cost of materials and room rental. Each participant receives a home-buying manual. This class is required for potential home buyers who want to access special programs that provide down payment assistance.
